Kloofing Suicide Gorge

R2,150.00

Please Note: Suicide Gorge and Riviersonderend are open.

Kloofing at Suicide Gorge is definitely our most Extreme activity! You must be fit, as it involves hours of hiking and swimming! The jumps are no small task ranging from 3-21m, 7m being the highest that you HAVE TO jump as it is more dangerous to climb down that section of terrain. Absolutely everything gets wet, so you will have to wear comfortable shorts and shoes that you don’t mind getting a bit mucky!

Description

Kloofing Suicide Gorge

Kloofing, otherwise known as canyoning, is an adrenaline-filled Western Cape experience. It involves getting yourself down a river gorge; one that is fast-flowing, but with too little water for kayaking. Boulder hopping, wading, swimming, climbing, sliding down natural slides and jumping off cliffs from 3-21 metres high is what you will be doing. This is a full day of great fun and extreme adventure over an 18 km course which takes place at Suicide Gorge in the Hottentots Mountains just outside of Cape Town.
